A cerimónia dos Critics’ Choice Awards 2013 aconteceu na noite de segunda feira em Beverly Hills e foram destacados aqueles que são os melhores do ano transato na televisão norte-americana. Este ano, o comité de jurados distribuiu os prémios por várias séries, com o destaque a ir para The Big Bang Theory, pois foi a única que conseguiu arrecadar três prémios, sendo que os restantes premiados não foram além dos dois prémios, como foi o caso de Breaking Bad, American Horror Story: Asylum, entre outros.
